Q.  How much do your Build-a-Bags cost?

A. My bags are made to order, bespoke to your likes and requirements. Therefore the prices vary based on the choices you make. Please do not hesitate to enquire about a price. Contact me here. I always confirm the final cost with you before making the bag.

Q.  Do I have to pay upfront for my Build-a-Bag?

A. I require a 50% deposit to be paid once the design has been agreed. The remainder of the cost is to be paid once the bag is completed - I'll send photo's of the completed bag to you.  

Q.  Do you ship worldwide?

A. Currently I am only able to take direct orders (for Build-a-Bag's or other items) from UK based customers. USA customers can order items from me (including bespoke) through my Etsy shop. I don't currently ship to Europe.

A. My preferred payment method is Bank Transfer but I do also accept Paypal. Payment methods will be discussed during the design process. Payment for readymade items is taken through Etsy.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. My lead time is approx 2-4 weeks after your design has been agreed. This takes into consideration the time to order the fabric and hardware and the sewing time. If I can make it any sooner then I will. If you are looking for something by a certain date then please let me know and I'll try to accomodate you.

Q. How long will it take you to make my Build-a-Bag?

Q. Can I have one of your readymade items on Etsy made in a fabric of my choice?

A. Yes! I'm more than happy to make my smaller items, such as Purses and Glasses Pouches in the fabric of your choice. Please Contact me for more info.

A. Please follow the link above for more info. Bespoke Build-a-Bag creations cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please contact me if you see any issues with your item when it arrives.

A. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Items over £20 will be sent Signed For. Orders over £50 will sent Special Delivery. International orders will be sent with Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked/Signed for items over £20. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment. Any tax or import duties are payable by the customer. I cannot guarentee delivery times by Royal Mail. If an item does not arrive then I follow Royal Mail's protocol of waiting 14 working days before taking action.

A. Only one discount code can be used per person, on one Build-a-Bag order. The code will be requested at the start of the creation process. Please ensure you mention this code when contacting me.

Q. How will my order be packaged?

A. All of my orders are wrapped in pink tissue paper and sealed with my branded stickers. Larger items, such as bags, will be posted in cardboard boxes. Smaller items will be posted inside mailer envelopes and may require re-shaping on arrival. I am happy to include a gift message with your order if you need it to go directly to a recipient.
